Chelsea 2 - 1 Benfica: Blues win Europa League

A LATE goal from Branislav Ivanovic saw Chelsea past Benfica in the Europa League final in Amsterdam.
Fernando Torres opened the score for Chelsea on the hour mark, before Oscar Cardozo equalised from the penalty spot.
But the Serbian defender, banned for Chelsea’s Champions League final last year, had the final word with a thumping header from a stoppage-time corner.
The win gives interim Chelsea manager Rafael Benitez some silverware at the end of his tumultous reign at Stamford Bridge.
